Controls in place
Private document storage
Uploaded CIMs, tax returns, bank statements, and payroll files are written to a private bucket. Nothing is publicly addressable.
Signed, short-lived links
Downloads are issued as expiring signed URLs to authenticated members of the owning organization only.
Row-level security
Isolation is enforced in the database. Every deal, financial period, adjustment, risk, question, and document row is scoped to an organization.
Role-based deal teams
Deal owner, analyst, advisor, investor, and read-only reviewer roles determine who joins a deal file. Public sharing links are not offered.
Activity audit trail
Deal creation, uploads, analysis runs, and record changes are logged with actor and timestamp for lender and investor review.
No keys in the browser
Analysis runs server-side behind structured service functions. Provider credentials are never shipped to the client.
